Congratulations on your 2 year blog anniversary! I too have been blogging for about 2 years and have not seen as big a result as I hoped for but hey I am still working on it and am a darn sight healthier than when I started!!
I love getting up earlier and working out with my PT before work in the mornings, it invigorates me to eat better throughout the day!
Have a wonderful week!
Love Gi
xx

Happy Blogoversary!
*throws confetti*

My No. 1 tip is water, water, water! Drink lots of it, because not only does your body need it, is has no calories and is so much better for you than soda.
Tip No. 2 is to eat broccoli, yes, broccoli! Again, healthy as healthy can be and it tastes yummy (to me anyway, hahaha).

I guess my favorite “health related thing” is my meals schedule during working week that I have “mastered”:
11a.m. breakfast: 5 grain or other porridge with nuts, dried or fresh fruits
1 p.m. Snack: any fruit or biscuit, granola bar or smth like that
3 p.m. lunch: “big meal”, for example, steamed fish/ chicken breast/lean pork or some other meat with fresh or steamed vegetables or thick mushroom/vegetable soup or pasta.
5 p.m. snack
9.30 snack: (after 3 hours at the gym) usually banana or ½ avocado

No dinner as there usually is no time for that as I am at the gym from 6 to 9 p.m. and I try not to eat late in the evenings :)

My favorite health related thing is walking my dogs as soon as I get home after a long night at work as a nurse.

My favorite would have to be replacing butter and such with bananas or avacoados! Also starting to kick box! In love with it!

Happy blogoversary! My favorite health-related tip is using YouTube for workouts. It's free and easy, and there are so many possibilities! I have a Pinterest board where I keep track of the ones I like so I can keep coming back.

My new favorite health related thing is real oatmeal for breakfast-- not instant. I cut up a banana or a handful of blueberries to add some sweetness, and I don't put any sugar in it. I'm down 20 pounds since the first of the year!
