I need to get back on the wagon as far as eating goes. I should be back on track work out wise this week. Being sick always throws me out of wack! Good luck getting back in gear!
I sucked over the holidays, but have had my gave face back on since the beginning of the year. I still have slip-ups, I'm not seeking to be perfect... just better. Healthier. Stronger. You can do it, just get back on. Make a plan and stick to it. I love the picture!
You can do it! Forgive yourself for falling, dust yourself off, and start anew. I'd recommend (always) finding an activity you like to do and trying that. Also, trying to fit 10,000 steps in every day (so you're walking more) is a nice motivator. Good luck!
