Effort


I have to admit, I've been putting little to no effort into getting healthy these last few weeks.  I don't know what is wrong with me, but no matter how much I say "I'm going to get back on the wagon" I never really put forth the effort."  It's really sad.

I haven't really hula hooped more than once a week, my water weight has been trivial at best (we're talking 20-40oz a day) and my diet has been whatever I can find in the breakroom or whatever my coworker wants for lunch.  What the hell is wrong with me?

Oh well, I guess as soon as I recover from having my tooth pulled (I'm on heavy painkillers and antibiotics for the week-blah.) I'll have to put more effort into it.  I have no energy.  Yuck.

Fat Ass Friday

No, I didn't weight myself today.  But I couldn't bring myself to.  


I've been slacking so much, and I while I looked in the mirror and thought I looked lovely last night-my opnion changed when I looked at my body.  I've been eating crap food (gasp-even soda now and again) and not exercising or hula hooping. 

I am NOT going down this road again..
I am not going to give in to my laziness anymore.

I'm not going to let myself feel bad because I put on another 10 lbs and it was all my fault for not getting out there and working for what I want.  I won't have it.

Time to turn things around!
Time to get back on the wagon.

Clean Eating Challenge


Kasandra is hosting a Clean Eating Challenge as an event on Facebook.
It's pretty simple, here are the guidelines:
  • If you count calories, stay within your calorie range.
  • Eat as few processed foods as possible.
  • Eat home cooked meals as much as possible.
