I found it interesting that the bigger coffee didn't actually have more coffee in it, rather it just has more sweetener. Makes me glad I stopped ordering it as it comes.

My typical order? Triple Venti Pumpking Spice Latte with half the sweetener. So I get 2.5 pumps of syrup and an extra shot of expresso. More coffee, less sweet. When I'm being really good I'll even order it with non-fat milk.
If I were being healthier I'd just get a plain expresso and add a tablespoon of cream and a tablespoon of sugar, which only equals about 50 calories-give or take a few.
