Quick Workout

How easy is that?
Just a few minutes and you're doing something good.
Do it a couple times a day, it's minimal time and better than nothing!

True story! Every little bit helps. I can't do froggy jumps, but I'll try this with some upper body weight stuff....by the by, holding a hand (of soup, beans, whatever) in either hand when you do upper body workout stuff is just as good as holding a one to three pound weight. But cheaper! :D
